on certainty 398


398. And don’t I know that there is no stairway in this house going six floors deep into the earth, even though I have never thought about it?



the whole point of this argument –

is to put knowledge –

beyond doubt

if knowledge is what I am not aware of –

I can’t question it –

I can’t test it –

however the result is –

this so called ‘knowledge’ –

is rendered –

useless
