383. The argument “I may be dreaming” is senseless for this reason: if I am dreaming, this remark is dreamed as well – and it is also being dreamed that these words have any meaning.



an assertion is open to question –

open to doubt –

is uncertain

and this is the case –

whether it is dreamt –

or not
