83. The truth of certain empirical propositions belongs to our frame of reference.



a proposition is true –

if you give your assent to it

as to why you do that –

the so called ‘reasons’ –

for your assent –

that is speculation

and yes –

you can call that –

your ‘frame of reference’ –

if you like
