62. That is why there exists a correspondence between the concepts ‘rule’ and ‘meaning’.



meaning is uncertain –

any so called ‘rule ‘ –

is uncertain

the real point of this concept of rule –

is not logical –

it’s rhetorical –

it is to create the impression –

of intellectual authority –

and that only serves the purpose of –

the fool –

or the fraud
