615. Now does that mean: “I can only make judgments at all because things behave thus and thus (as it were, behave kindly)”?



that ‘things behave thus and thus’ – is a judgment –

the ‘ground’ of this judgment –

the ground of judgment –

is uncertainty

and any judgment I make –

will itself be open to question –

open to doubt
