462. Why doesn’t Moore produce as
one of the things he knows, for example, that in such-and such a part of England
there is a village called so-and-so? In other words: why doesn’t he mention a
fact that is known to him and not to every
one of us?
Moore’s trick is to connect with common epistemological prejudice and
ignorance –
and re-brand it as reason and knowledge
