“I know” for the case in which it is used in normal linguistic exchange.
what counts as ‘normal’ here – will be a
fluid – uncertain matter –
but if Wittgenstein wants to exclude ‘I
know’ – from philosophical usage –
there goes traditional epistemology – and I
would say – a good thing too
